Terms of Service
A purchase of products ("Products") and services available through Embrace Hair UK Ltd ("We") is subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). You are agreeing to all of the terms, conditions and notices ("Terms"), without revision by the use of the services. You acknowledge that members of the Embrace Hair Ltd team may update the Terms of Service when necessary.
When purchasing products from Embrace Hair Ltd you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Embrace Hair Ltd only uses 100% authentic Virgin Cambodian hair extensions. With the correct care and maintenance, our extensions are expected to last years.
All our prices are stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). By placing an order online at www.embracehairuk.com the customer agrees to pay the amount stated.
If an order is placed and that particular item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately. You can either wait for the product to become available or cancel the order. In this case, a full refund will be credited to the relevant account.
Standard delivery within the UK is priced at £5.50 and sent by Royal Mail. The delivery will normally be made within 5-10 working days after payment has cleared. It is advised that customers do not make last minute orders, to avoid disappointment resulting from later delivery times.
Next day delivery is priced at £7.50 and is guaranteed for all orders received before 4pm, subject to availability. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that all next day deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm and require a signature.
All orders made for delivery outside the UK are charged at £25. Delivery times will vary. A tracking number will be sent when the order is dispatched. Embrace Hair UK will not be responsible for any returns due to a wrong address, additional shipping charges, or any taxes, fees or duties required. Embrace Hair Ltd is not responsible for late shipments due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather, holidays, or natural disasters).
Due to hygiene requirements, all sales are considered final and no refunds are allowed. Exchanges may be accepted if the item is faulty, provided that the customer adheres to the conditions listed below.
Embrace Hair Ltd will exchange any faulty item for store credit or an item of an equal value. The faulty item must be returned within 72 hours of receipt, and an email must be sent to Embrace Hair Ltd to confirm the return. We must receive the faulty item before an exchange can be made. Our hygiene requirements prevent us from accepting any exchanges where the seal holding the hair bundle together has been removed. Please inspect hair for damage before breaking the seal.
All costs incurred when returning an item are at your expense. It is advised that you use a courier service that provides tracking information, as Embrace Hair Ltd are not responsible for any lost packages.
Customised handmade wigs, lace frontals and lace closures cannot be exchanged. Any defects arising from wear and tear, damage or failure to follow hair care instructions are the concern of the customer. Embrace Hair Ltd cannot refund or exchange hair that has been coloured or altered after purchase. If the above conditions are not met, Embrace Hair Ltd reserves the right to refuse exchange.
Privacy & Data Protection
Embrace Hair Ltd guarantees to protect our customers’ privacy. We will only use personal information collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We vow not to collect personal sensitive material without our customers’ consent.
Embrace hair UK LTD will only share your name and email address with Third party services we use to send marketing material, promotions or newsletters to our customer. At Embrace hair UK Ltd we do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy statement. Your payment details are secure and will never be compromised.
The third-party providers used by Embrace Hair UK Ltd will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Third party providers such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors which we use have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
Embrace hair UK LTD collect the following types of information:
- Contact information - your name, address, billing & shipping, phone, email, and other similar information.
- Embrace Hair UK LTD collects information about your transactions and your other activities on our website for fraud prevention purposes.
Embrace hair UK LTD primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, efficient, and customized user experience. We may use your personal information for the following reasons:
- Process payment transactions and send notices about your transactions.
- We Provide customer support on transactions or customer queries.
- Provide customer service when required or requested.
- Prevent potentially fraudulent or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement.
- Customize and improve Embrace Hair UK LTD services, content and layout of our website.
- Provide targeted marketing and promotional offers based on your communication preferences.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your personal information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

For orders to be processed and dispatched, an authorised payment must be made using the same billing and shipping address. Any orders with separate billing and shipping addresses will be cancelled.
All orders are processed securely using a valid credit or debit card, or PayPal. Money will be taken from the relevant account within 2-5 working days of the order confirmation email.
By placing an order, the customer is agreeing to all terms of service. These terms & conditions constitute the full agreement between the customer and Embrace Hair Ltd and may only be amended in writing by the Director of Embrace Hair Ltd. If the customer breaches any of the terms listed, Embrace Hair Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services.
